PlanetMaze (PME) and PlanetMazeServer (PMS)


This is a legal agreement („License Agreement“) between you (either personal or corporate) and Peter Speemann („Author“) for the software product „PlanetMaze (PME) and PlanetMazeServer (PMS)“ hereinafter called „Software“. BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

PlanetMaze (PME) and PlanetMazeServer (PMS) is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE under the following conditions: NO ALTERATIONS may be made to the distribution file and all of its contents; NO CHARGE may be raised except a reasonable fee for cost of material distribution. Any other way of distribution of this software is prohibited. The receipt of this software must not depend on additional downloader applications or any software bundles.

This is not public domain software. The software is owned by the author and protected by copyright laws.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of this software.
